Due to the nature of the plant material that we sell and the expense of sending it we cannot accept returns. We expect that everyone who orders from us wants the plants that they order. We will do our utmost to make sure that everything arrives with the buyer in perfect condition. If you are unsatisfied with the material for any reason please send us photos of the material and we will work with you to work you towards a satisfactory outcome.
